Have you taken a breath yet today?

A MINDFUL BREATH! We breathe without thinking about it, and remember, when we are stressed, we almost stop breathing. So if you
haven't thought about taking a breath today - do it now. Slowly inhale in through the nose, and slowly exhale through the mouth. Do it several times, and when you exhale, visualize all the negativity and stress flying right out your fingertips into infinity.

You can only do what you can do! Hope you had a wonderful weekend, and a good day today. Remember, EVERY moment is a new life - begin again, and CREATE a relaxing evening (no matter what) and a good day tomorrow!
