"If you suspect an overdose call your local poison control center or the emergency room."

"If you miss a dose take it as soon as you remember."

OH SURE! Not just no, but HELL NO!

My husband has had trouble sleeping as we have many stressors (good and bad) to manage presently. I just listen to my relaxation CD (That isn't weird - I love the music and believe
in what I do. I don't have any other CD's that do the trick - so therein....)

Anyway, he went to the VA as he was a Marine. "It will be a waste of time", he assured me.

The doctor said, "Are you depressed?" My husband said, "No."

Naturally the doctor prescribed an antidepressant to take EVERY DAY. The above
side effects were listed as "possible, unusual, rare" - but they were all listed.

My husband has opted to breathe and teach himself to relax instead.

READ everything concerning a possible prescription a doctor recommends. My mama was
on 4 or 5 different prescribed medications. I did a bit of research. Two of the drugs were not compatible. I do not mean every drug is bad / nor every physician poor. But be careful.
Your body is the only place you have to live!
