Anxiety

Anxiety mars one's work. No one can do their best work when fevered by constant worry. The truth is that all you can do is the best you can do! We are all limited in our ability to resolve an issue occasionally. Do your best and at that point drop it.

Anxiety does nothing except hurt your mind, spirit, and body. It actually makes you function less effectively and will ultimately be to blame for a heart attack or high blood pressure !

Take it a little slower. Take a breath. Take a moment. Pet the dog.
It will all work out one way or another and all your worry is for naught.

It's your life. Try to enjoy it as it flys by faster than you will imagine. :)
