This is a simple tip. If you drive your car slower you will feel calmer. Seriously! Try it and see! I know it sounds very obvious but then why are there so many people driving like maniacs? Why are there so many people stressed in traffic? If you are in a traffic Jam - just shrug your shoulders and learn how to go with the flow. You will get to your destination more relaxed and most importantly you will be ALIVE!Speeding is dangerous for everyone, It just doesn't make any sense. SLOW DOWN - its the best thing you can do for everyone!
